Presumptions? or Facts! The State operates on presumptions. Courts operate on presumptions. But what binds me to their presumptions? Where’s the contract? What obligations in the contract am I allegedly bound to perform? Did I agree to it? Was the contract valid? Was mutual consideration exchanged? What type of consideration was exchanged? What is in the contract that I am supposed to perform? Was I aware of the contract? Was the contract fully disclosed? Did I sign the contract with my autograph in ink? Statutory laws are public servant codes for society’s slaves; for agents of government. We’re all presumed to be employees and servants of the state. But, we’re servants of God instead; students of the earth, charged with its cultivation and care.

I bought this book 3x’s and gave away to share the valuable information, inside this book, as well as all of this Author’s other books I’ve used what I’ve learned. Every Parent should learn and help to educate their own. Very Easy To Read.
This 100+ page large-spaced book concisely identifies the factors that constitute commercial contract and trusts, how basic trust principles in commerce have been turned by government to the disadvantage of the populace and how people can begin to turn trust knowledge back to their advantage in legal charge and claim situations. The book specifically describes the processes by which government has been converted into commercial entities and by which every day living people have in turn been converted into fictional commercial entities on the wrong side of trust principles, thus subject to the larger governmental entities outside of all natural right. The is a good primer for beginners new to this understanding while providing a useful reference digest to those already more educated. But it is very short on any detailed explanations or strategy development for reclaiming the advantage in trust principles in specific situations.
This book clearly explains the truth about entering into contracts and dealing with all the presumptions made about you, the living man or woman. David Robinson writes clearly and plainly. This is all information people who truly want to be free need to understand in order to navigate this life. Highly recommended.
Good book, easy read even for a simpleton like me, filled with great information I highly recommended for anyone seeking more truth.
This book is not about trusts in general, but a specific trust. It introduces the fictitious name trust enacted by the birth certificate. Very informative and a call to action. Worth reading for the information alone. What is done with it is up to the reader.
This book tells you nothing you can’t read on a search engine. It wasn’t thorough enough to warrant anything other than a couple stars as it’s not enlightening to new information.

This book filled in many of the niggling questions I had about Trusts and how they operate. It also clarified the basis of Trusts – The Holy Trinity and the development of Papal Law in this regard. Now I feel confindent in managing my Trust for my Strawman.I strongly recommend this to anyone interested in the Free Man movement especially – but it is great as an over-all picture of Trusts and how they work.
If it doesn’t make sense, read it again and again. This is the start to freedom. Applies to the world, not just USA

Semi-informative semi-book, Lots of useful info, paves the way for the big one but seems to lose it’s way half way through, so no great pay-off.. just ends up going into legal quotations for some reason.
