Very disappointed.This just a an assortment of blank forms that you would fill out such as when you apply for a car or home loan.There is no explanation or guidance. For example, account numbers and passwords are expected to be filled in the blank lines but no cautionary notes or ideas on how to keep them confidential until after passing. No suggestions or alternatives for funerals. Many, many blank pages for writing your personal philosophy & thoughts – not very helpful for planning.
Did not meet expectations. An expensive form of blank spiral without the spiral.
Actually, this is for the purchaser to fill in all the instructions for the family left behind. It is excellent for someone just starting out. However, I had already left detailed instructions for family (I am 90). I was hoping this book would give me more ideas of What to Do in case I had forgotten something. So I returned it. Thank you.
No Idea What says inside…print is too small and too light to read. Had to Return for a different type/brand.
It really covers everything that’s important to leave my daughter so she will know what to do.
This covers everything a loved one needs to know… personal info, location of important documents, dependents & pets, feelings about life support, funeral home arrangements, list of contacts, belongings, parting words, final thoughts.
Hubby was a bit startled when he first saw the book. Once he looked through it he said that is a good thing we all need to leave for our family

This was disappointing. Largely filled with blank pages and the questions asked are elementary. You can do a search on the internet and find more helpful guides as to how to organize for when you die.The quality of the book is poor also. Don’t recommend.
If you want to leave any instructions or have your family or friends carry out your last wishes then I recommend this book. It covers just about everything you need to have done following your passing. There is a place to list all documents someone might need – birth, death, marriage, health certificates giving you the information which you may not even think of or remember. Instructions for your burial are included. A space is left for you to fill out the cancelation of your bills or what is required to make last payments, cancel subscriptions, whom to notify, etc. A spot to list your wishes regarding any special gifts to specific family members, organizations, places of affiliation etc. that may not be in your will. A good place to leave your will, especially if needed unexpectedly. It’s difficult to attend to end of life follow through without having to figure out or guess at all these requirements. There is even a spot to leave a note that you would like to be stated to special people in your life. This book has thought of everything for a very nominal cost. It makes known what you would appreciate while you are still able to convey almost all your wishes. We often assume family will remember or know exactly what you want done. It helps everyone to know what to do when they try to clean up your affairs. Don’t forget to let several people know where they may find this booklet when needed. Add to it if you think of some significant request.
