The first thing any potential buyer should know is that the bulk of the contents of this book are available for FREE online. Check out freedom-school dot com and scroll down the alphabetized list until you get to Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).So what the heck is this book about exactly? If you are like me and confused after reading the book’s description then read on.Essentially, The UCC Connection claims that the legal system is a sham and is designed to actually keep people subjugated. Hence, the book sets out to equip everyday people by educating them on “how the game is played” and then walking them through some defense strategies. Many people may be drawn to this book out of a desire to find out how not to pay income taxes or how to get out of traffic tickets (and these two items are discussed) but the overall aim of the book is much broader: it makes the case that civil authorities are tyrannical and that they manufacture their power based upon deception.One of the main tools of deceptive subjugation is a legal construct called the UCC (Universal Commercial Code). Under the UCC, it is presumed that you will meet all the obligations of an agreement even if you do not voluntarily consent, or even if you don’t know that you received a benefit. Hence, the book argues, civil authorities trap you by providing a “benefit” (like paper money or a driver’s license) and now compel you to do things (like pay taxes). The UCC stands in contrast to Common Law (also referred to as Natural Law). Under Common Law, in order for a charge to be brought, there must be a damaged party. Common Law cannot compel performance while the UCC can. Ultimately then, tyrannical systems work not by forcibly taking power, but by people surrendering their rights.The text is based on lectures that the late Howard Freeman gave in the 1990s, so it reads like a conversation. (Although, at times, the fluidity of the arguments feels fragmented). In the end, this book has sincere intent: it seeks to educate, inform and empower people so that they will open their eyes and thus not only be able to see things but also to see through things. There’s never anything negative to say about that.
I just wished it actually gave you the info you needed to really free yourself from the system, but it does give you the basics of how you aren’t free
Invaluable info. Most of us are slaves in captivity, because we simply don’t know how we have become enslaved. In short, the American People are asleep at the wheel. The tragedy is that many don’t want to be awakened. This book is CRITICAL in understanding how our Constitutional Rights have been taken from us, AND, how to get them back (UCC 1-308).
This books contains information that will make people’s head spin off after they get to know the truth about our corrupted system. It will show you that the system has molded society to believe something that it is just a fantasy. A great started for anyone looking to be independent as I am and registered. Keep in mind this is just partial of the truth story. There is more reading and research to do.
The only thing less useful than reading this book is reading youtube comments on a music video. It read to me like it was written by a fourth grader. There are wild claims like a judge told the author:”In 1938, all the higher judges, the top attorneys, and the US Attorneys were called into a secret meeting and this is what we were told ‘America is a bankrupt Nation. It is owned completely by its creditors…Take silent judicial notice of this fact, but never reveal it openly.'”If the above quote from the book sounds reasonable, then perhaps you might find value in the other wild claims and advice in the book.I read a lot and I can’t think of anything stupider I’ve read in the last 20 years.
I found it very hard to wrap my head around this but I persisted and am amazed at the reality of the nations condition and the untapped power we as citizens are not aware of, by design I mite add . GET IT! you owe it to yourself, your children and you fellow citizen.
If all school children were taught this topic, together with the reality of the usury, fiat, private banking system operated for the benefit of the global cabal, we might have a change of freeing ourselves from our present state of ‘birth certificate’ law-of-waters slavery.
…but mostly based on US courts. I was wondering if there was a copy applicable to UK statutes?

explains how bankrupt usa sold our data for cash and enslaved a whole nation .. and relevant to UK and any common law country. the new slavery is our online data and lives and we are sold by our governments to the highest bidder with the cov vir us as an excuse to move us into a digital life .. fantastic book on law but not heavy going opens the door to learning how to control your life
