  • A amazing workbook. My daughter is learning how to write (shes in preschool). This book is a great tool. I love it because I am not a teacher. I need help teaching my child these things in a way that an educator would. This book definetly does that. Its very age appropriate and my daughter likes it more than anything else we have tried.
  • My toddler started late in school (2 1/2) and he showed no interest in learning at all. I purchase this book which is for beginners to learn how to trace. Now, he is almost three and does the work on his own without any hesitation. Excellent book
  • Such a great experience book for little ones. I definitely learnt a lot about my child favorite shape 😀. It does help with practice of holding pencil / marker and to focus on the project. I am very satisfied.
  • I thought this was one that you could use the dry erase pens on, but it is not. so that was dissapointing to me. my boys had one that was erasable when they were young and it was awesome. but this one once its done its done, no redoing it. so i would not buy this again
  • I was looking for a wipe clean book my son could reuse, and when I typed it in the My First Learb to Write Workbook was the first to pop up. It would have been perfect if it were what I was looking for.
  • I bought this for my 3 year old son (who will be 4 next month) because I homeschool his sisters and didn’t want him to feel left out. I thought this book would be a simple way for him to learn pen control and maybe letters, but I was wrong. He wound up spending most of the homeschool time watching ABC mouse videos instead. There is only a single page of the race cars on the track, which was the only activity in the entire book that he was interested in. I was super disappointed because it was an advertised page and I expected more like it. There is no other creative tracing activity in the entire book.He was confused by many of the shapes and designs and thought he should color them in, and any time I was helping his sisters he was flipping pages and scribbling. This book is NOT engaging for early learners, unless they are particularly interested in writing. I took a picture of the side of the book to show the actual content dispersal. The purple is learning pen control. You can see it’s such a small portion that it’s almost not visible. Orange is all tracing letters, and pink is all tracing numbers. It jumped way too quickly to letters and numbers for me.I wound up getting him a wipe-clean book from Usborne instead, which focuses much more on shapes and pen control, and he likes it much better. This book is largely useless for us. I only rated it two stars because I think my oldest, who was a very passionate learner, may have been more interested in something like this when she was almost 4 than her brother is.
  • Good book that covers all the basics of writing letters and numbers. Purchased for my 5 year old. He likes it about as much as a 5 year old likes learning workbooks. As a mom, I think it’s a great starter book!
  • Letter and numbers are big! Very good for kids learning to write. Very clear and easy!
  • A rather interactive notebook that arouses the child’s interest, unlike other notebooks. With my eldest son I worked on another notebook also bought from Amazon and things went a little harder. I started working with the girl and she is quite interested and curious to work from this notebook; she is 2 years and 7 months old.
  • He just learned how to draw through dots and then received this book.Excellent for a 3 yr old.If your child likes to write ,this is a good choice to keep them engaged and take them away from gadgets.I used a pencil so that he can erase if he s wrong and learn it again.
  • Lots of pages, could use pencil in order to erase and reuse. Just wish my little one could use it more often….
  • Love this book. Really well laid out, great activities for little ones starting to learn about letters and pencils skills. Highly recommend.
